I have a Nikon SLR, but I wonder if I (a digital camera bag about 5 million pixels), must increase with a decent. Thu camera bag to me good pictures as film SLR?

No. Stick with your digital SLR movie.
Not as good as the camera always think only 5 MP, but it is much wiser. My aunt has traveled the world and went to Colombia and their Nikon digital SLR camera was stolen. Not even recover, and is still waiting for the insurance money to come.
