Missouri Rehab Do All These Celebities (Mike Vick, Paris, Lindsey, Etc.) Set A Precedent For The Types Of Crimes They Commit?

Do all these celebities (Mike Vick, Paris, Lindsey, etc.) set a precedent for the types of crimes they commit? - missouri rehab

I am no lawyer, but I thought that people who commit similar crimes receive similar punishment. Take, for example, has Joe Blow in Missouri for DUI and cocaine had been arrested in him, could not claim his attorney, with the judge that the precedent for this type of crime 1 days in jail and rehabilitation? I want to listen to his legal opinions. :)

It would only be a precedent case, whether Sentance was dependent from sentancing standard or guidelines for the crimes that most items have a minimum and a maximum Sentance Sentance also on the circumstances, criminal record, remorse, SRP reports and all sorts of things. Certainly one could argue that the sentence was imposed before, but that does not mean that the Court imposed in this situation can Sentance argued that it was possible to use.

I, too, whether they state or federal office, I (from Canada, the U.S. is dependent on Federal drug charges here ...), as if they were from Missouri and an office of a State, a few precedents in California do not help much.
