When you talk about the wheeled bins and boxes for the collection of side streets without regular colors, depending on the region and the Council where you live.
In one area, I know, everything is green, with the exception of garden / kitchen waste, which is brown. In a further use of different colors, green, brown and blue
When I saw the black bin is for non-recyclable, is Brown bin for garden waste, blue box for plastic bottles and cans, the black box for glass and green bin is for paper.

Different colors for different containers. The colors do not have to mean something. You can find every color from blue to green to black. You may also be used for all these things.
